|Recommended: NoI've wanted to provide a rating for this place for four years, and was initially concerned for any retaliation they may provide. I no longer live there, because the property managers are extortionists. I've noticed after the second year and lease renewal, they started adding egregious costs and fees that were either not discussed or added to the lease payment.
The maintenence team are helpful and the neighbors are decent, but the property managers themselves are arguably the scourge of the entire complex. Even on a professional level, their attitudes can use an adjustment.
They'll never answer the main office phone, include unnecessary costs to increase your rent, and will actively attempt to extort you out of all the funds you have. Do not live here, I do no recommend.

|Recommended: NoThe worst condominium in all of Florida, the worst service in the main office, the manager should teach them manners and education so they know how to treat people and the maintenance staff is the worst, they even robbed me in my own apartment, I do not recommend it to anyone.

|Recommended: NoSpoiled Maintenance Workers — Terrible maintenance staff, disrespectful worker, I called on Saturday and until now everything is broken, I do not recommend these departments to anyone, terrible and the manager has much to be desired, does not solve anything , I can post videos and photos but they won't let me.

|Recommended: NoWhen Life Gives You Dry Lemons — Random loud neighbors, smoking Marijua, daily noises and children playing outside at all hours, old broken appliances that make loud noises and break. I get it is old but you can't expect people to bear the fact that your fixes aren't enough.
I'm glad you finally fixed and replaced the water heater after cold showers but the bathroom knobs make creaky noise, yeah it's old and has never been replaced just half way fixed.
I don't appreciate that the garbage service isn't picked up and it's done at random times but it is on the bill.

Office staff is essentially useless and the only person capable of accomplishing anything in maintenance is Doug.
Been having issues with the AC unit freezing on and off throughout the year and all they do is replace the filter.
They should just contract professionals.who know what they're doing in order to waste our times.
Whatever the rent is, adf 200 for pointless fees that you can't opt out off.

|Recommended: YesNice Place — Don't get me wrong I love the area, very convenient. everything is super close. my problem is the noise at times is out of control. I did not want to have anyone above me because of the noise but unfortunately that did not work I have neighbors above. I keep to myself so I don't know anyone here. Unfortunately my upstairs neighbors have kids and the noise level is out of control. I have spoken up but in reality kids will be kids and I understand that, we can not deprive the kids of having fun. my issue is I work from home at times, hence why I did not want anyone above. So far the community is nice, but when people want to party the noise is uncontrollable, sometimes at 130 am you can here the party going. Maintenance I fel is just here to collect a paycheck. I have made the same complaint about the caulking in my shower and the first time they put calking just on the top, I made a 2nd request and they caulked the top and sides. they still have not caulked completely. When moving in I was told that there are a few things that needed fixing and there was a screen missing from the Livingroom, still no screen and the items have not been addressed. There is paint over paint over paint on EVERYTHING, so when you close the doors they stick, my bathroom door has so much paint on it that I can not put a towel bar over the door because it won't close. they have pizza day, Oreo day things to bring the community together. The 2 ladies in the office, Millie and Lotti are great women, they receive you with a smile always. Yes there are things that need attention here, but Home is where you make it and you will never find PERFECT . So I will be here for now until I find a place where I won't have anyone above me.

|Recommended: NoSunset Palms — Overall staying at Sunset palms was great. However being a 1st floor tenant and having to deal with the noise from the above apartment is overwhelming, unfair and ridiculous. The parking is good, there is enough parking for all. The apartment itself needs serious updates. The appliances are white and outdated. It’s 2023 everyone should have the luxury of enjoying silver appliances especially for the cost of rent. The bathroom esthetics is obsolete, extremely small, rusty shower head and there is a little molding in the crevices throughout. One awesome aspect is the maintenance team is overall amazing, the response time is mind blowing. Also there living room space, bedroom and closet is excellent. As far as the amenities the park is trash, the slides swings are moldy, faded and gross. I never used the pool so I cannot comment on that, see for yourself. The tennis basketball court is good size and useful.
